By using index9.dev ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description

index9 is an MCP server and hosted API that provides model metadata (pricing, context limits, capabilities) and optional live inference via OpenRouter.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Not use the Service for harmful or unauthorized purposes
• Respect rate limits and usage guidelines

4. Data and privacy

Model data comes from OpenRouter's public APIs. We do not collect personal data. API keys you provide for testing are forwarded to OpenRouter to process requests and are never stored or logged.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with OpenRouter and model providers. You are responsible for complying with their terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of model data or test results.

7. Limitation of liability

index9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

These Terms may be modified at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
