By using index9.dev ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Description of Service

index9 is an MCP server that provides up-to-date model metadata (pricing, context limits, capabilities) and optional test calls via OpenRouter.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Not use the Service for harmful or unauthorized purposes
• Respect rate limits and usage guidelines

4. Data and Privacy

Model data comes from OpenRouter's public APIs. We don't collect personal data. API keys you provide for testing are transmitted to facilitate requests, then forwarded to OpenRouter. Keys are never stored or logged.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs. You're responsible for complying with their terms, including OpenRouter and model providers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy or reliability of model data or test results.

7. Limitation of Liability

index9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be modified at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law.
